These Terms of Service govern your use of stickiteasy.com (the “Site”) and any orders you place with Stick It Easy (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
Stick It Easy is a small studio that designs, prints, and ships custom adhesive stickers from Connecticut, United States. Orders, support, and fulfillment are handled by a single team.
2. The service
We produce custom stickers based on artwork you upload at checkout. Each order is made-to-order — we do not hold inventory of finished stickers, and production begins shortly after payment is confirmed.
3. Orders & order acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We confirm orders by email after payment is processed; that confirmation is our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, unavailable materials, or artwork that violates our Acceptable Use Policy. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll issue a full refund.
4. Pricing & payment
- Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and exclude shipping and any applicable sales tax. Final totals are displayed at checkout.
- Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address using Stripe Tax.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We don't see or store your full card details — only metadata such as card brand and last four digits.
- If a payment is reversed (chargeback), we may suspend or cancel pending orders associated with the disputed payment.
5. Your artwork & content
You retain all ownership of artwork you upload. By uploading artwork, you grant Stick It Easy a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, modify (only as necessary for printing — e.g., resizing, color profile conversion), and ship your artwork solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
You represent and warrant that you own or have permission to use the artwork you upload, and that it does not violate the rights of any third party or our Acceptable Use Policy.
We may retain copies of submitted artwork to fulfill reprint requests and resolve disputes. We do not use customer artwork in marketing without explicit permission.

7. Returns, refunds & replacements
Because every order is custom-made, return eligibility is limited. See our Refund Policy for the situations in which we replace or refund.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and the products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except those that cannot be disclaimed under applicable consumer-protection law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stick It Easy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or the products. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold Stick It Easy harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from artwork you upload, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
11. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be flagged on the Site or by email where reasonable.
