Where we ship
We ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Checkout will only accept U.S. addresses. We do not currently ship internationally.
Production time
Most orders enter production the next business day after payment is confirmed and ship within 2–5 business days of being received. Larger orders or orders that need design clarification may take longer; we'll email you if we need anything.
Carrier & cost
Orders ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping is a flat rate calculated at checkout based on the total weight of the items in your cart — there are no live rate quotes and no carrier surcharges added after checkout.
Delivery time
Once dispatched, USPS delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on destination. Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii can take longer. These are the carrier's estimates, not guarantees.
Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show movement after the label is generated.
Lost or delayed packages
If tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days after dispatch, or if your package is marked delivered but you can't find it, email hello@stickiteasy.com with your order number. We'll open a carrier inquiry and, where appropriate, reship or refund.
Wrong addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — typos and missing apartment numbers are the most common cause of delivery problems. We ship to the address you provide. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to reship at the cost of a second shipping label, or refund your order minus the original shipping cost.
Sales tax
Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. The total shown at checkout is what you pay — no surprise charges on delivery.
