Every Stick It Easy order is custom-made for you. Because we can't restock a printed run of someone else's design, our refund policy is narrower than a typical retailer's — but we stand behind our work and will make it right when something goes wrong on our end.
What's covered
We will replace your order at no cost or issue a full refund for:
- Misprints, defects, or print-quality issues caused by us — wrong colors well outside normal printer tolerance, smudging, peeling, registration errors, etc.
- Wrong items shipped — we sent something different from what your order specified.
- Damaged in transit — packages or stickers visibly damaged during shipping. (Save the packaging until we resolve it.)
- Lost in transit — tracking shows no delivery scan beyond a reasonable window. We'll work with the carrier and reship.
How to request a replacement or refund
Email hello@stickiteasy.com within 14 days of delivery (or expected delivery, for lost packages). Include:
- Your order number (in your confirmation email).
- A short description of the issue.
- Photos of the affected stickers and packaging where applicable.
We typically respond within two business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
What's not covered
- Issues caused by artwork you uploaded — low-resolution files that print pixelated, content typos or layout errors in your design, or mismatched dimensions. Our preview reflects what we'll print; please review carefully before paying.
- Color shifts within normal printing tolerance — digital screens and printed inks render color differently, and printer batches vary slightly. We aim for a faithful reproduction, not a screen-perfect match.
- Orders shipped to an address you entered incorrectly. We ship to the address on the order. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we can reship at your expense.
- Wear and tear after use — adhesive lifespan and outdoor durability depend on the material chosen and the surface applied to.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, email us as soon as possible. We can cancel for a full refund any time before production begins. Once printing has started, we can no longer cancel.
